Supervising doctors can have the technology delivered to patients by certified medical technicians but they are responsible for making sure that the medical assistants certificates are valid and up to date.

Medical assistants, after their original training, are required to do annual, online mini-courses and to be tested on their knowledge before certificate renewal. Both the supervising physician/administrator and the medical assistant will be notified of any deadlines, certificate expirations, or course updates by email.
